Original media RPMI1640 with L-glutamine (300mg/L), 25mM HEPES and 25mM NaHCO3, 90%; fetal bovine serum (FBS), 10%
KCLB media RPMI1640 with L-glutamine (300mg/L), 25mM HEPES and 25mM NaHCO3, 90%; heat inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS), 10%
Subculture Collect the cells into 15ml tube and centrifue, aspirate the culture medium, resuspend the pellets, dispense the cells into the culture flask
Note Penicillin-streptomycin were added to culture media (final concentration, 100 U/mL)
Populaton doubling time 26 hours
Split ratio 1:4
Media change Collect the cells and centrifuge, remove two thirds of medium, add fresh medium (depending on cell density) every 2 to 3 days
