This cell line is 5-FU resistant cell line for SNU-620 gastric cancer cell line. The 5-FU concentration per 1ml of media is 1ug. The relative resistance for parent cell line SNU-620 is about 188. At first, cells should be cultured in growth medium without anticancer drug.
