Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution and let the culture sit at room temperature for 3 minutes. Remove the trypsin and allow the culture to sit an additional 5 minutes until they begin to detach. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
