The cells are positive for keratin by immunoperoxidase staining; this line is extremely sensitive to trypsin. After trypsinization, neutralize the trypsin with culture medium containing 10% serum. Centrifuge the suspension to remove the trypsin, add fresh culture medium and resuspend to set up new cultures.
