Subcultures are prepared using CTC at room temp.
Alternatively, subcultures can be prepared using a standard trypsin(0.25%) and EDTA(0.03%) dissociation protocol.
The initial subculture is done 10 to 14 days after seeding thereafter subculture every 7 to 9 days.
